Please note that not all items that you see on the website may be available for immediate shipment. If the item is available, we will ship it within 48 hours upon receiving your order and payment. For custom jewellery pieces, the time frame can be anywhere between 2 weeks and 8 weeks depending on the availability of the raw materials and the season. Please order early for peak seasons(such as Christmas, Valentines, Weddings, etc) because we get very busy and may not be able to accommodate last minute production. For all orders, we will forward the tracking number as soon as the item ships.

If you receive an item defect from our end we will offer a return. Please contact us about cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order so we can cancel the order before shipping the item and give you a full refund. After 24 hours, if you email us and ask us to cancel the order, we will give you a return authorization code so you can return the item. We will deduct the shipping charges from the refund amount or, if you prefer, we will provide you a credit note applicable towards your next purchase.
We ask that you discuss returns with us before shipment, so we can fully understand and try to resolve any problems. We cannot credit returns without this communication. Please contact us about returns within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, we cannot offer a refund on the purchase, but depending on the conditions, we may be able to offer a credit note applicable towards your next purchase. Please return our jewellery in the original packaging and the condition in which you received the item so we can properly assess the problem. We cannot offer refunds on products that were damaged, chipped or broken if we were not responsible for their condition. Allows us 7 business day to process your request.

Every item is verified personally by me before it is shipped out. We use only the finest materials for our products, and my work is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. While we do not guarantee the products for wear and tear, please call us in the event of any issues, so we can determine how best to handle the situation based on the individual piece. We would love to help you get the most enjoyment of your unique designer jewellery for a very long time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same repair services if the piece has been taken to another jeweller.
